Nova has independently developed modeling and analysis SW for measurements on 2D and 3D patterned structures. Based on our customer oriented user interface, we provide a suite of development and verification tools to empower our customers to achieve highly robust metrology solutions for complex applications. Depending on customer needs, solutions can be implemented for a large variety of structures including actual in-die arrays.
