Training Policy
|
- Nova holds courses over the entire working week, from 09:00 till 17:00, at its Training Centers in Israel and the US or at customer’s sites.
- Nova certified trainers conduct all Nova courses.
- Nova courses are aimed for PEM Partners’, Customers’ and Agents’ personnel.
The course schedules should be coordinated with Nova Training Manager or the local Customer Support Manager.
- Each course is planned for a maximum of 6 participants. Participant list should be submitted to Nova Training Manager or the local Customer Support Manager.
- The training course contains operation, application and maintenance sessions and hands-on practice on Nova systems. Tailor-made courses are available.
- Each participant receives a copy of the training manual during the course.
- A Nova Certification Diploma is given at the end of each course upon the successful completion of all course requirements.
- Nova reserves the right to change course priorities and the training plan schedule.
- Training may be paid for using Purchase Orders or Sales Order training credits. System Sales Order training credits are available at the time of system purchase (for more information regarding Credit training, please refer to page 22). These credits are valid for a period of one year from the system ship date. First tool installation includes a 3-day course for basic operation and maintenance training.
- To confirm any Nova training activity, Purchase Order is required three weeks prior to the course start date.
- Cancellation policy - A full credit will be issued for cancellations made up to 10 full calendar days before the class start-date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 5-9 full calendar days of the class start date. Cancellations made less than 4 full calendar days in advance of the class start date will be charged the full amount of the class.
- For On-Site training - if the course is not held at the Nova training centers - the following facilities should be provided by the customer:
a. Dedicated Nova System for training.
b. Training Class with 6 seats.
c. Whiteboard.
d. PC projector (Beamer).
